Cool story about how we came up with the name Ötzi’s Powder.

While trying to navigate our first few weeks of isolation due to the 2020 worldwide pandemic, I gave my kids the task of researching medicinal mushrooms origins. We came across an article of a frozen man, found perfectly preserved in a alpine glacier in 1991. They dated his human tissue back to 3300 BCE. In his hand they found two preserved species of mushrooms. Researchers named him Ötzi’s. Dude knew the good stuff when he found it! We knew he’d be the perfect namesake for our signature product.
